ABOUT ME
Hello, I'm Taneen Momeni!
I am a photographer and videographer for the College of Arts and Humanities at the University of Maryland, College Park. I also work as a house photographer for I.M.P. Concerts, a production company in D.C. that hosts events at 9:30 Club, The Anthem, and more.
In the past, I worked as a staff photographer and illustrator at The Diamondback, a student-run newspaper at the University of Maryland, College Park. I covered local news, sports and concerts for three years. I also worked as a photojournalist for the Baltimore Banner, covering elections, immigrant communities, LGBTQ+ issues and more. Lastly, I reported and took photos for College Park Here & Now, a monthly newspaper. I covered art exhibits, local events and charitable organizations.
I earned my M.P.S. in game, entertainment, and media analytics in 2023 and my B.A. in journalism with a minor in Spanish in 2022. Both degrees are from the University of Maryland, College Park.
